Resolved

The Flatfile dashboard was inaccessible to some users due to a programming error that deployed to our production environment at 11:47AM EDT. Users with Portal uploads would see an error message. The issue was discovered by a Flatfile engineer and fixed, and the fix went live at 12:37PM EDT. Account and data security was not impacted.
